Web Hosting Support Technician - Tier I Position

Client Intellect, located in downtown Orlando, FL is looking for highly motivated Support Technicians with a drive to succeed for our Web Hosting Division – Server Intellect (http://www.serverintellect.com)!

Available Positions
We are currently hiring for Full Time 40 hours per week on multiple shifts. Must have full open availability. First, Second and Third shifts.

Job Duties
  • Provide server support to customers electronically and via the telephone
  • Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of server issues
  • Operating system and application installation and configuration

Position Requirements
  • Must have excellent speaking, typing and presentation skills, a customer service mentality and fanatical attention to detail
  • Must have a good understanding of the internet, general TCP/IP networking and understand the difference between web, database and mail servers
  • Experience with Windows Server 2003, IIS 6 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 helpful
  • Must be highly motivated, be able to learn quickly and be a team player

Training
Immediate training will be provided for internal use systems and operating procedures. Advanced hands-on training will be provided during the first 90 days.

Location
Must work from our office in Downtown Orlando, FL Business District. (No Exceptions)
